Shamima Begum, the schoolgirl who let the UK to join ISIS and now begs to return for the sake of her child, has been deprived of British citizenship. In a letter to Shamima Begum‘s family from the Home Secretary's Office, it was revealed that an order to revoke Shamima's citizenship has already been made because the safety of Britain is a priority. The letter was obtained by ITV and shared online and it generated mixed reactions with some approving while some said Shamima was born in the UK and has certain rights. Maryam Awaisu, the #ArewaMeToo activist who was arrested by SARS and intimidated for seeking justice for victims of sexual assault in northern Nigeria (read here ), has been released. Amnesty International Nigeria announced her release on Twitter, writing: Maryam Awaisu @ Ice131Queen has been released. THIS is Emmanuel Chukwuebuka Nnanna , a Jss 1 student at Dennis Memorial Grammar School Onitsha, A native of Oburo Ogwa in mbaitoli LGA, Imo state. He died on Tuesday 12th February 2019 by a large stone thrown to crush his head from the school dormitory window by his fellow envious student. This happened after school hours, the victim was said to finished eating in the school cafeteria, fetched water with his gallon kept the water in his corner and came outside to play football. He met two students playing football, asked if he can join them and the two boys playing the football told him to wait for they are playing turn by turn . While waiting and watching them a mischievous student carried a large stone they used to hold the dormitory door, targeted the victim from upstairs and hit the large stone on his head. British-Nigerian heavyweight boxer, Anthony Joshua was aggressively shoved by his American opponent Jarrell Miller as they went face to face at their first press conference in New York on Tuesday. The meeting didn't go down well for the boxers, as Miller was seen violently pushing Anthony Joshua before security interfered and kept them apart. Miller's action left many Nigerians including celebrities, Davido , Don Jazzy , Tunde Ednut, and others very angry they stormed his Instagram page to drag the heck out of him. The fight will go down at Madison Square Garden on June 1.  

Woman finds her brother who was given up for adoption 17 years ago after she took to Twitter to beg for help in locating him

Twitter has done its thing again as a woman who was looking for her long lost brother, who was given up for adoption 17 years ago, found him after she took her search to Twitter. @nessaaf_18 shared photos of her brother and tweeted that she would love to find him. She said that her mum lost control of her and her two siblings and all three of them were placed in a foster home. Later, her father was able to take control of her and her sister but he couldn't take her brother Joey (Ramon Joseph Perez) because he isn't his biological child. The boy was given up for adoption and for 17 years, they heard nothing from or about him. After the lady shared the story on Twitter, she later returned to inform her followers that she has found her brother. Read her tweets below.
