Days after WikiLeaks hacked into the US Democratic National Committee (DNC) emails and released their private email communication, they released voicemails of the DNC. The voicemails are related to the batch of about 20,000 leaked emails WikiLeaks published earlier this week, which revealed that people within the supposedly neutral DNC were in fact working to help Hillary Clinton secure the Democratic nomination against Bernie Sanders. According to CNN: Wikileaks released a series of voicemails Wednesday from the Democratic National Committee hack showing donors plying top-level officials for favors, and one donor expressing outrage that Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders had won a say in the drafting of the party’s platform. The Turkish government has appealed to the Federal government to close down the 17 Nigerian-Turkish International Colleges (NTIC) in Nigeria, saying they all belong to Fetullah Gulen accused of sponsoring the July 15th failed military coup in Turkey. The Turkish High Commissioner to Nigeria, Hakan Cakil, disclosed this while hosting the vice chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs, Senator Shehu Sani yesterday July 28th. Operatives of National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) arrested a man with 250 cartridges hidden in several cartons in Benue State. The suspect is identified as a 55-year-old foodstuff trader based in Jalingo, Taraba State who traveled regularly to Onitsha to buy food items which he sells at a market in Jalingo. He told Daily Trust that officials of the NDLEA intercepted the vehicle he was traveling in at Alaide in Gwer East Local Government Area of Benue State. "I was returning from Onitsha where I went to buy foodstuff which I sell in Taraba when the NDLEA officers arrested me in Alaide with cartons of cartridges which some vigilante groups asked me to buy for them," the suspect said. Rap mogul Jay Z has released a new song titled 'Spiritual' in response to the recent police killings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. In a strongly worded statement, Jay Z said he wrote the song a year ago knowing that it won't be the last time a black person would be killed by police officers. In a statement Jay Z said: 'I made this song a year or so ago, I never got to finish it.
