Scientists say the technique combines DNA from three people - the mother, father and an egg donor. President Buhari has signed into law a bill that prevents a vice-president who completes a president’s tenure from contesting twice. The senior special assistant to President Buhari on National Assembly matters, Ita Enang, disclosed this to newsmen in Abuja today June 8th.
